Guest Shift: Bar Us (BKK)
We're welcoming another standout bar from Bangkok on that guest shift business this October!
Bar Us is making a trip down to Singapore on 20 October, bringing with them a menu that treats cocktails like a tasting menu — starters, mains, afters and all. Their drinks dig deep into Thai flavours and familiar food memories, pulling things like guava leaf, green chilli and makrut lime into precise, playful little numbers.
Since opening in 2023, the Bangkok drinking room has shot straight onto the regional radar, landing at No. 6 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and No. 4 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2026. We’re very curious to see what they’ve got in store for us.
Guest Shift: Boilermaker (Goa)
From the good folks at Countertop India, the company behind some of the coolest bar programs in the country and Great State Aleworks, India’s finest craft beer brewery, Boilermaker's been making waves on Goa’s bustling bar coastline since its opening in 2024. They'll be bringing their freewheeling energy to Offtrack on Wednesday, the 30th of September.
